After publishing the disgraceful document of capitulation, the President of Azerbaijan, instead of carrying out ambitious actions in the country, undertook
to solve the problems of its infamous "privileged elite", in whose hands the accumulation of wealth and power has reached a dangerous level. The "Justice" faction of the Artsakh National Assembly made such a statement, urging Arayik Harutyunyan to resign.

As reported by "Pastinfo", the statement says ․

"On September 27, as a result of the war unleashed by Azerbaijan with the involvement of international terrorists and with the explicit participation of Turkey, Artsakh faced political, military, economic, social and demographic challenges, for which the political authorities of Artsakh, Armenia, did not release their genocidal innocence. causing serious human and territorial losses to the two Armenian states. During the 44 days of the war, deceiving and misleading the people with false victorious rumors, a shameful document of capitulation was secretly signed behind their backs. Artsakh և The political authorities of Armenia preferred to allow the enemy to reach Shushi under the false propaganda fire of the slogan "We will win".

Unfortunately, after the publication of the disgraceful document of capitulation, it became clear that instead of ambitious actions in the country, the President of Azerbaijan set out to solve the problems of his notorious "privileged elite", in whose hands the accumulation of wealth and power reached a dangerous level.

We would like to remind you that in 1992, when about 60% of the territory of Artsakh was occupied by Azerbaijan, it was hard to imagine that it would be possible to make a breakthrough in that battle of life and death. But as a result of skillful management, consolidation of resources, it was possible not only to restore what was lost, but also to liberate a part of the occupied part of our homeland.

The created reality has put the society in a very difficult moral and psychological state. At the same time, the mood that the authorities who brought the defeated country to this situation should definitely leave is more and more entrenched in the society. This government is defeated, deprived of moral legitimacy.

The authorities of the day have shown many times that they have not been able to maintain our achievements; others must leave, they must leave without shocks, without preconditions.
